What about airspace permissions and flight approvals?

We handle all airspace coordination, including SFOC applications for controlled airspace. Our Transport Canada Advanced RPAS certification allows us to operate in complex environments, and we conduct thorough site assessments to ensure compliance with all regulations.

What formats do you deliver data in?

We provide industry-standard formats including GeoTIFF for orthomosaics, LAS/LAZ for point clouds, CAD/IFC for BIM handoffs, PDF reports with annotations, and custom dashboards. All deliverables are georeferenced and ready for integration into your existing workflows.

What are typical lead times?

Discovery assessments typically take 1–2 weeks. Pilot projects run 60–90 days. Once deployed, routine inspections can be scheduled with 3–5 business days' notice, weather permitting. Rush services are available for urgent needs.

What's your coverage area?

We're based in the Greater Toronto Area and serve clients across Southern Ontario. For larger projects or multi-site deployments outside this region, we can coordinate with trusted partners or mobilize our team as needed.

Who owns the data?

You do. All data collected during your project is your property. We retain a copy for quality assurance and to support ongoing services, but you have full rights to use, share, and archive the data as you see fit.

What about insurance and liability?

Skyvo carries comprehensive commercial general liability and aviation liability insurance. We provide certificates of insurance upon request and can add clients as additional insured parties as needed.
